Top Anime Lists

Here’s a bunch of top six anime lists starting from the year this blog was formed to present-day. Won’t go higher than “six” because finding good anime is like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m already being nice by extending the list past “five”. And I won’t go further back than 2012 for these lists because I wasn’t watching anime religiously before I started the blog and honestly it’s too much of a bother to remember everything before then that’s not amongst my favorites. Hell, it was hard enough to remember what anime from 2012 still held up.

Anime is categorized by the year based on when they ended – or in a film’s case, when they were first made available for the English-speaking anime community. Also, whilst I know that series and movies and OVAs and such are different from each other and all that, I can’t be assed to make separate categories for them and I wouldn’t have enough anime to make a top six list for any given year if I did that anyways. No sequels/spinoffs/continuations unless they’re different enough (in a good way) from the original to be worth spotlighting.
